Does that mean the perspective would also shift from male to female? Because I can think of a lot if that's the case. Examples: The Perks of Being a Wallflower, Looking for Alaska, and the Mysterious Benedict Society series would all be cool if they were from a female POV. (Not that they aren't already cool with their male protags!) Ooh, and also Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children!
